Temporary offers for all or selected booking services
In the sales application: Appointment-date service offers with a saved price and advances applied to the discounted total.
Step 1
Open Services > Booking discounts > Add discount. Managing offers requires service management and discount permissions.
Step 2
Enter an offer name. Under Applies to, choose All booking services or Selected booking services. For selected services, tick each service to include; search by name if needed. Choose a percentage or fixed amount per service and enter its value.
Step 3
Set Starts at and Ends at in the company time zone, keep Active selected, then save. You can prepare an offer before it starts.
Step 4
When creating a booking, select the service and appointment date and time. The original total, savings and final total including tax appear before saving.
Step 5
Offers apply from their start time up to, but not including, their end time, based on the appointment start. Saving fixes the booking price; earlier bookings keep their prices.
Step 6
An advance pays part or all of the discounted total. The invoice shows the discount when the service is completed. Return to Booking discounts to edit or disable the offer.
The best available offer applies to each service without stacking. A selected-services offer does not discount services or add-ons that are not selected. Prepaid package balances keep their value; editing selections does not change saved booking prices.
