Booking confirmations and reminders

In the sales application: Send automatic confirmations for new bookings and track confirmations and reminders.

1. Step 1

   When booking, select Send booking confirmation by WhatsApp or email. WhatsApp requires a valid number, customer consent and message credits.

2. Step 2

   Choose the company country in company settings. For Oman, enter 91359882 or +96891359882; local numbers are converted to international format for sending. Use + and the country code for foreign numbers.

3. Step 3

   Select Send a reminder before the appointment and set the lead time, which defaults to 24 hours. If less time remains, only confirmation is sent.

4. Step 4

   Open Booking messages in appointment details to review the status and any failure reason. Provider acceptance does not prove delivery to the customer.

5. Step 5

   For an existing appointment or failed message, open Message and reminder settings, select a channel and choose Save and send confirmation. Accepted or uncertain messages are not resent.

Cancelling or completing the appointment stops pending messages. Existing bookings do not send messages retroactively without an explicit action.
