Book sessions from a customer package

In the sales application: Select the customer package when booking; reserve its balance and deduct it on completion.

1. Step 1

   Select the customer and services for the appointment, then choose the customer package.

2. Step 2

   The package automatically covers its services selected in the appointment. Covered names appear in the price summary. Other services and add-ons are included in the booking charges.

3. Step 3

   Leave Sessions from each service covered by the package at one for a normal visit, or change it for a larger usage.

4. Step 4

   Save the booking. Each service balance is reserved so it cannot be booked twice, and expiry is checked on the appointment date.

5. Step 5

   After providing the service, select Complete service to deduct the balance once. Cancellation releases it; rescheduling moves the appointment and checks expiry and conflicts again.

Pay the package amount due on its original invoice; it is not charged again in the booking. To record usage without an appointment, open the package balance and select the service, count and reason. A user with settings permission can reverse incorrect manual usage from the history.
