Create a service package and its session counts

In the sales application: A package of one or more services with one price and a separate balance for each service.

1. Step 1

   Under Services > Service options, the company owner enables Packages and customer balances. Then open Package definitions.

2. Step 2

   Enter the package name and price before tax. Set validity in days from purchase; zero means no expiry.

3. Step 3

   Select a service and session count. Select Add service for another service with its own count, for example four laser sessions and two care sessions at one price.

4. Step 4

   Select Save package. Later changes affect new purchases only; balances already sold do not change.

Each company can enable packages in its own options. The package price is allocated by regular service prices and session counts to calculate each service tax; free sessions do not increase the price.
