Add a new customer while selling a package

In the sales application: Create a customer and sell the package on the same page without leaving the sale form.

1. Step 1

   Open Services > Customer packages, leave the customer list empty, and select Add a new customer.

2. Step 2

   Enter the customer name, plus phone and email if available. Use a local number for the company country or an international number such as +96891359882.

3. Step 3

   Record WhatsApp consent only if the customer agreed. If the phone or email is already registered, select the existing customer instead of creating a duplicate.

4. Step 4

   Select the package, payment method and amount received. For partial payment, set a new customer credit limit covering the remainder; this field requires customer management and collection permission.

5. Step 5

   Select Sell package and issue invoice. The customer, package and invoice are saved together. A failed sale does not leave a separate customer record, and the entered details remain available for correction.

After a successful sale, the customer appears in customer and booking lists. The credit limit field applies only to the new customer; it does not change an existing customer.
